iStreet Network has received an approval for transaction of disposing off under performing manufacturing assets during the quarter ended June 2014. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 21, 2014 has taken the note of it.
Beside, the progress of Network Partner program was reviewed and discussed and it was noted that the company has signed up more than 180 stores in Gujarat so far. The new initiative of Wholesale 82B eCommerce thru Network Partners was also approved.
iStreet Network had started with trading activities in 1995. The company has setup a multipurpose manufacturing plant in Gujarat to manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Intermediates.
