Bajaj Holdings gains on selling over 2% stake in Force Motors for Rs 13.29 crore

Bajaj Holdings & Investment is currently trading at Rs. 1325.00, up by 6.75 points or 0.51 % from its previous closing of Rs. 1318.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1325.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1325.00 and Rs. 1320.00 respectively. So far 42 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A ' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1402.00 on 02-Jul-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 767.55 on 26-Sep-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1337.80 and Rs. 1248.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14746.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.17 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.51 % and 33.08 % respectively.

Bajaj Holdings and Investment, the holding company of the Bajaj Group, has offloaded over 2% stake in Pune-based Force Motors for Rs 13.29 crore. Bajaj Holdings  sold 2,67,275 shares of the company between July 14 and July 23, representing 2.03% stake. Post stake sale, Bajaj’s stake in Force Motors has come down to 9.01% from 11.04% earlier.

Force Motors is a fully vertically integrated automobile company, with expertise in design, development and manufacture of the full spectrum of automotive components, aggregates and vehicles.
