Saraswati Commercial India has received an approval for merger of Aroni Commercials with itself. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 26, 2014 has approved for the same.
The above merger is however subject to the approval of the members of the Company, Stock Exchange where the shares of the company are listed and all such other statutory approval as may be required.
Saraswati Commercial (India) was incorporated in 1983. The company operates as a non-banking financial institution in India.
