Aroni Commercials has received an approval for merger of Saraswati Commercial (India) with itself. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 26, 2014 has approved for the same.

The above merger is however subject to the approval of the members of the Company, Stock Exchange where the shares of the company are listed and all such other statutory approval as may be required.

Aroni Commercials is engaged in the manufacture of aluminium chloride, hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide.
