According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1173.76 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Thursday’s data, July 31, 2014.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 79.97 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1093.80 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 122.02 crore, while they bought stock options worth Rs 232.07 crore.
