FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per July 31 data: NSDL

01 Aug 2014 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6102.04 crore against gross sell of Rs 6378.05 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 276.01 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1657.54 crore with gross sales of Rs 1296.26 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 361.28 crore in debt.
