Comfort Fincap has received an approval for diversification of the business by insertion of a new main object in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company i.e. Housing Finance, Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) etc., and decided to conduct the postal ballot for the company.
The board of directors at its meeting held on August 02, 2014 has approved for the same. The board has also approved to increase the borrowings limits of the company.
Comfort Fincap is registered as a Non Banking Financial Company with RBI, Kolkata and is currently focusing on providing various financial solutions such as advancing loans against listed shares & securities and properties, corporate loans, personal loans, trade financing, bills discounting etc.
