According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 233.20 in index futures and options segments, as per Wednesday’s data, August 20, 2014.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 276.73 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 43.52 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 180.19 crore, while they bought stock options worth Rs 20.79 crore.
