FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 25 data: NSDL

25 Aug 2014 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In the equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3360.94 crore against gross sell of Rs 3063.04 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 297.90 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2151.85 crore with gross sales of Rs 419.22 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1732.63 crore in debt.
