In a bid to enhance competencies and geographic reach, Tech Mahindra is reportedly in talks to acquire technology firms, both in India and overseas. In the last two financial years, the company has acquired seven firms, including Satyam Computer Services, Hutchison Global Services and Comviva Technologies.
