FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 26 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In the equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2556.37 crore against gross sell of Rs 2408.15 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 148.22 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 898.93 crore with gross sales of Rs 264.46 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 634.47 crore in debt.
