According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 419.02 in index futures and options segments, as per Wednesday’s data, August 27, 2014.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 437.81 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 18.78 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 205.47 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 94.22 crore.
