Bharti Infratel's operations in J&K get temporarily disturbed due to floods

Bharti Infratel's operations in some parts of Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) have been affected due to unprecedented flooding in the state. The Company's teams are constantly monitoring the situation and are working with the authorities to fully normalize the operations in the affected areas at the earliest possible. The Company is adequately insured and do not see any adverse material financial impact.

Bharti Infratel is one of the largest tower infrastructure providers in India with 35,900 towers in 11 telecom circles across India. The company, which went public in 2012, has 42 per cent stake in Indus Towers which has 112,144 towers in 15 telecom circles across India.
