Titagarh Wagons has informed that the Board at its meeting held on September 11, 2014 in principle approved merger of some of the subsidiaries of the Company including Titagarh Marine Limited with the Company. subject to necessary compliances in this regard. The Board has authorized the Restructuring Committee to get a detailed Scheme, valuation report and other data prepared on the subject for consideration at its next meeting.
