Shroff (Independent Directors) and Gautam Jajodia, the Executive Director, to ascertain need to reorganize corporate Structure and to evaluate various alternatives and make appropriate recommendations in due course to the Board of Directors, for which purpose the Board may meet again to consider the recommendations of the Committee,
