Havells India has informed that the Share Allotment and Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company viz. Havells India Limited, in its meeting held on September 16, 2014, has allotted 3,84,280 Equity Shares of Re 1 each (against exercise of an equivalent no. of 76,856 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each) to Eligible Employees under the Havells Employees Stock Purchase Plan 2014. Further note that the above said allotment has been made considering the sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs 5 each to Re 1 each subsequent to the exercise of shares.
