Oracle Financial Services Software has informed that The ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on September 18, 2014, allotted 207,916 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2002, Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. In this allotment, no shares are allotted to Directors. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 421,879,980 divided into 84,375,996 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each.
