Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2014, has constituted a committee of the Board of Directors to evaluate the opportunities in non-core businesses of the Company. The Board has also authorized the said committee to appoint legal, tax, financial and other consultants for the aforesaid purpose and give its recommendations. Subsequently, the said committee in its meeting of even date has appointed a merchant banker to advise the committee into the aforesaid matter.
