Future & Option (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 3,62,294.01 crore on September 18 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 89,80,972.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 20,100.15, Stock Futures Rs 33,745.91 crore and Index Options Rs 2,88,917.66 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 19,530.29 crore.
For the day, the total F&O PutCall ratio stood at 0.93, while Index Options PutCall ratio was 0.97 and that of Stock Options was 0.52.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were OFSS (2.47), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (1.75), Hero MotoCorp (1.52), Maruti Suzuki (1.33) and Kotak Bank (1.15).
Among most active underlying, State Bank of India witnessed an addition of 0.28 million of Open Interest in the September month futures contract, followed by Infosys witnessing an addition of 0.59 million of Open Interest in the September month contract; while United Spirits witnessed an addition of 0.52 million of Open Interest in the September month futures contract, Reliance Industries witnessed a contraction 1.14 million of Open Interest in the September month contract and Arvind witnessed a contraction of 0.84 million of Open Interest in the September month's future contract.
