According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1130.23 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Tuesday’s data, September 23, 2014.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 315.60 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1445.83 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 439.97 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 135.72 crore.
