Sequent Scientific has informed that the Company has allotted 750,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each against conversion of 750,000 warrants at a price of Rs. 135.25 to Pronomz Ventures LLP, a Promoter Group Company. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 273,351,910 consisting of 27,335,191 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 280,851,910 consisting of 28,085,191 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
