Andhra Petrochemicals has informed that Anita Rajendra, I.A.S., Nominee Director of M/s Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Ltd., (APIDC) has resigned from the Board of the company vide her letter dated October 16, 2014 which has been received by the company on October 20, 2014. Accordingly, as per the provisions of Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013, she ceased to the Director of the company w.e.f. October 20, 2014.
