According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1566.72 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Tuesday’s data, October 21, 2014.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 398.52 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1168.20 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 152.92 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 49.15 crore.
