FIIs increase stake in Den Networks in Q2FY15

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have increased their stake in Den Networks by 185 basis points to 20.32 percent in Q2FY15 from 18.47 percent as on June 30, 2014. However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have decreased their shareholding in the company by 98 basis points to 2.23 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 3.21 percent as on June 30, 2014.

Meanwhile, non institutions were holding 37.4 percent stake in the company in Q2FY15 at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 87 basis points from 38.27 percent as on June 30, 2014. While, corporate bodies were holding 9.05 percent stake in the company at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 146 basis points from 10.51 percent as on June 30, 2014. Further, promoters’ shareholding was unchanged at 40.05 percent at the end of September 2014.
