JSL Stainless has informed that on January 13, 2012, the company has allotted 3,64,972 equity shares of Rs 2 each to the Royal Bank of Scotland NV London upon conversion of 0.50% FCCBs amounting to $10,00,000.
Consequent upon the above said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs 37,68,21,418 to Rs 37,75,51,362 divided into 18,87,75,681 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
