Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) has given physical delivery of its Anchor Handling, Towing & supply Vessel (AHTSV) ‘m.v. SCI 03’ to its buyer. This year in June, the company had sold its IMO Type II Chemical Carrier ‘M.T. Palanimalai’ (33058 MT DWT, 21,035 MT GT and 9,003.3 MT LDT (8861.11 long tons)).
SCI is the only Indian shipping company operating break-bulk service, international container service, liquid / dry bulk service, offshore service, passenger service, in addition to manning / managing a large number of vessels on behalf of various government departments and organizations.
