Mobile Tele Comm touches the roof on getting nod to foray in new business

Mobile Tele Communications is locked at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 4.96, up by 0.23 points or 4.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 4.73 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4.96 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4.96 and Rs. 4.96 respectively. So far 2000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5.46 on 12-Jan-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.62 on 13-Sep-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5.46 and Rs. 4.71 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 59.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.41% and Non-Institutions held 45.59%.

Mobile Tele Communications has received an approval to carry on the business in the fields of E-Commerce, facilitating payment gateway, M-Commerce and Net-Commerce. The board at its meeting held on January 14, 2012 has approved for the same.

Mobile Tele Communications is an established player in the field of information technology. At present, it is engaged in development and marketing of software packages and manufacturing EPBT (electronic push button telephones).
