GTL has received an approval for merger of wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company ‘ADA Cellworks Wireless Engineering’ with itself. The board of directors at their meeting held on October 30, 2014 has approved for the same. The above is however subject to necessary consents from regulators / court / lenders as may be required in this regard.
