Graphite India has become a subsidiary company of Emerald Company. The company has received an intimation from Emerald Company that the process of transfer of 9,26,71,438 shares comprising 47.432% pursuant to scheme of amalgamation has been completed.
With its current holding of 2,06,65,549 shares comprising 10.578% of the company, Emerald Company after the aforesaid transfer holds 11,33,36,987 shares comprising of 58.010%.
Graphite India is engaged in manufacturing of graphite electrodes. The company also manufactures anodes, other miscellaneous carbon and graphite products and calcined petroleum coke.
