Divis Laboratories reports 12% rise in Q2 net profit

Divis Laboratories has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2014.

The company has registered 12.05% rise in its net profit at Rs 229.64 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 204.93 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 40.62% at Rs 848.68 crore for Q2FY15 as compared Rs 603.49 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Divis Laboratories, together with its subsidiaries, engaged in the manufacture and sale of active pharma ingredients (APIs) and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry in India and worldwide.
