Further, the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for designed Employees, which includes Directors and officers from November 10, 2014 to November 17, 2014 (both day inclusive) and the Trading Window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Company’s Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchange on after November 14, 2014.
