Mahan Industries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, for the consideration of Unaudited quarterly results for the 2nd Quarter ended on September 30, 2014 and also to consider the limited review report for the same. The audit committee meeting will also be held on same day prior to holding of the Board meeting. Further, the trading window shall remain close from November 04, 2014 till the declaration of results.
