Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ending September 30, 2014. Further, the Trading Window shall remain close from November 03, 2014 to November 12, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter ending September 30, 2014 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be held on November 12, 2014. The ‘Specified persons’ are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the aforesaid period. The Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the officers and designated employees cannot trade (purchase/sell) in the Company’s shares during the aforesaid period.
