3i Infotech has informed that the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 11, 2014, have approved the appointment of Padmanabhan lyer as 'Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect. Padmanabhan lyer would take over the responsibility from Charanjit Attra, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Charanjit Attra will continue to be Executive Director overseeing finance function and will take on the additional role of developing and strategizing new business initiatives.
