With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 11, 2014 in respect of the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, Dion Global Solutions has now informed that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the word 'Unaudited' was wrongly replaced with the word 'Audited' in the columns (Standalone and Consolidated) for Current Half Year Ended September 30, 2014 under the section 'Disclosure of Standalone and Consolidated Statement of Assets and Liabilities as per Clause 41V(h) of the Listing Agreement as at half year ended September 30, 2014'. Further, the company has informed that there is no other change in the said Un-audited Financial Results of the company.
