Gujarat Gas Company has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2014.

The company has registered 35.53% fall in its net profit at Rs 77.03 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 119.48 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased 17.02% at Rs 698.74 crore for Q2FY15 as compared Rs 842.15 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company’s net profit after taxes & minority interest declined 35.14% to Rs 77.25 crore for the Q2 FY15 as compared to Rs 119.10 crore in Q2 FY14. The total income lost 17.01% to Rs 699.11 crore in the quarter under review as compared to Rs 842.41 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
