IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on November 18, 2014 allotted 7,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to M/s. Innova Marchantiles Limited, Non-Promoter on the exercise of option attached with the warrants allotted on July 04, 2014. Consequent upon the issue of the above 7,50,000 equity shares, the total paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to 4,17,61,591 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
