Bajaj Corp has reportedly sold its 8% stake to Temasek. The stake sale has been done to close equity funding for Bajaj Corp’s 2,000 MW power plant in Uttar Pradesh. The power plant has been based on BHEL’s technology and is expected to go live in January next year.
Bajaj Corp is engaged in the manufacturing of hair oils. The company markets its hair oil under the brand names Brahmi Amla, Amla Shikakai and Jasmine hair oil.
