Ortin Laboratories has received its board’s approval for the acquisition of 100% stake in Ortin Biotech. The company’s board gave its approval at the meeting held on June 18, 2011.
Further, the company is also in progress of merger of Vineet Laboratories with itself. Last year in July, Pharma major Ortin Laboratories’ board had decided to acquire Vineet Laboratories by way of merger / amalgamation.
