Adhunik Metaliks has decided to go in for restructuring of debt and approach the joint lenders forum for the purpose. The company's and its subsidiary's businesses were impacted due to the closure of iron and manganese ore mines and scarcity of coal. Hence, the lenders of company at their joint lenders forum meeting decided for a corrective action plan to restructure its debt.
