Future Lifestyle Fashions has made further investment in Mineral Fashions (Mineral) to increase its total stake from 22.70% to 37% of the paid-up capital of Mineral. Mineral is engaged in the business of manufacturing and retail of Clothing and Fashion Accessories under brand name ‘Mineral’.

Future Lifestyle Fashions has been formed through the demerger of the lifestyle fashion businesses of Future Retail (formerly Pantaloon Retail (India)) and Future Ventures India. It has a strong portfolio of owned and licensed brands and has established retail presence pan-India.
