Ramco Systems has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 04, 2014, has approved an allotment of 10,866 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, being the exercise of 5,241 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 2,289 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A (ESOS 2009 - Plan A) and 3,336 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B). consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 2,43,26,502 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 2,43,37,368 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
