KSP Logistics has sold 36.75 lakh shares of Gateway Distriparks through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 335.01 valuing the transaction to Rs 123.12 crore. On the other hand, Amansa Holdings has bought 34 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 334.96, through open market route valuing the transaction at Rs 113.89 crore.
Gateway Distriparks is engaged in the business of warehousing, container freight stations, providing handling and clearance of sea borne export-import trade in containerized form. The company operates CFS located at Dronagiri, Navi Mumbai, New Manali, Chennai, Vishakapatnam and Inland Container Depot at Garhi Harsaru (near Delhi) and Haryana.
