Unno Industries has received an approval for acquisition of a web platform NPASource.com developed by Atishya Group at a consideration, the form of which can be either in cash or kind, based upon the valuation report of the said portal by an approved valuer. The board of directors at their meeting held on December 19, 2014 has approved for the same.

Unno Industries was incorporated to manufacture phase wise, wide range of milk based fruit drinks besides coffee and malt.
