Credit rating agency, CRISIL has reaffirmed ratings assigned to bank facilities of Jagran Prakashan (JPL) aggregating to Rs 375 crore. The credit rating agency has reaffirmed long-term rating of ‘AA+/Stable’ while it has reaffirmed short-term rating of ‘A1+’.
The rating agency has reaffirmed the credit rating of the company post acquisition of ‘Music Broadcast’ which operates FM radio stations across 20 towns under the brand ‘Radio City’.
Jagran Prakashan has business interests in area of newspapers, outdoor, internet, magazines, below the line marketing solutions, and mobile value added services.
