Avanse Education Finance Services, a group company of Dewan Housing Finance, is planning to give loans to educational institutions this year. The company will give loans only to established institutions for their expansion. The company will give loans to universities, colleges, coaching classes and pre-schools for adding infrastructure such as buildings, libraries, laboratories.
The ticket size of such loans will be in the range of Rs 50 lakh to Rs 5 crore. Avanse is registered as a non-banking financial company, in which Dewan Housing has a majority stake.
Dewan Housing Finance Corporation is among the oldest private sector Housing Finance Companies (HFC) in India.
