Indian Infotech & Software has decided to make an application with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to avail license for company to act as small finance bank in accordance with the guidelines issued by RBI dated November 27, 2014. The Board of the company at its meeting held on December 29, 2014 has approved for the same.
Indian Infotech and Software, established in 1982, as Indian Leasers with main object of providing Financial Services as finance to industrial enterprises and to promote companies engaged in industrial and trading business, In 1998 the management of the Company decided to diversify its business into fast growing segment of IT & Software in the Indian IT market.
