FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 31 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equity segment while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1680.72 crore against gross sell of Rs 1398.97 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of 281.75 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 483.07 crore with gross sales of Rs 1187.61 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 704.54 crore in debt
