Den Networks declines as JP Morgan sells 20 lakh shares

Den Networks is currently trading at Rs. 131.05, down by 3.30 points or 2.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 134.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 133.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 136.50 and Rs. 130.40 respectively. So far 12073 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 246.15 on 02-Jul-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 126.00 on 08-Oct-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 148.30 and Rs. 132.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2344.22 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.05% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.55% and 37.41% respectively.

JP Morgan Securities A/C Copthall Mauritius Invest has sold 20 lakh shares of Den Networks through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 137.75 valuing the transaction to Rs 27.55 crore.

The company has been one of the frontrunners in the cable TV digitization process and has over 5.7 million digital cable subscribers. DEN is present in 13 key states across India.
