Pantaloons Fashion & Retail has decided to issue Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of upto Rs. 1000 crore on Private Placement basis, in one or more tranches. The board of company at its meeting held on January 07, 2013 has approved for the same, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company, which would be obtained by way of Postal Ballot.
